The project is inspired by Andy Rooster Bloch\u2019s Off-Broadway play&nbsp;<em>Never The Same Rhyme Twice<\/em>. (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.imdb.com\/es\/name\/nm6165060\/news\/?utm_source=chatgpt.com\">IMDb<\/a>)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The film is produced by&nbsp;<strong>Michael Downey, Dave McVeigh and Heidi James<\/strong>, with Ranch Productions founder&nbsp;<strong>Dean Stoecker<\/strong>&nbsp;serving as executive producer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cThis marks our second film under the Ranch Productions banner,\u201d Stoecker said. \u201cWe\u2019re drawn to visceral, unique, hybrid-genre projects like&nbsp;<em>Quads &amp; The Kicker<\/em>&nbsp;and have an exciting slate to follow.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Filmed Across Flagstaff and Northern Arizona<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Production took place in Flagstaff and throughout Northern Arizona, including inside Stoecker\u2019s handcrafted cabin, which became one of the film\u2019s principal environments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The location offered the production a distinctive visual identity: isolated, textured and cinematic, with the surrounding forests, mountain landscape and historic Flagstaff locations helping create the film\u2019s shadowy neo-noir atmosphere.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The production also worked closely with Arizona cast, crew, businesses and local creatives. The&nbsp;<em>Arizona Daily Sun\u2019s Flag Live<\/em>&nbsp;covered the regional collaboration and the role Northern Arizona\u2019s creative community played in bringing the film to life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Music, Movement and a Hybrid-Genre Approach<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Original songs for the film were written by&nbsp;<strong>Molly Venter of Goodnight Moonshine<\/strong>, while&nbsp;<strong>Keefus Ciancia<\/strong>, whose credits include&nbsp;<em>True Detective<\/em>,&nbsp;<em>Killing Eve<\/em>&nbsp;and&nbsp;<em>The Fall<\/em>, is composing the score.
